Kanye Drops “Mercy” Video
“Mercy” is without a doubt one of the definitive songs of 2012. So clearly, the video had to be on par with that level of influence. And it is. There’s turbans worn, there’s all black worn, there’s eclectic dancing that doesn’t match the song, yet it does, danced. And most of all there’s Kanye. Every time I get mad at Kanye for something, he does something so off the wall and brilliant like this new Mercy Video to make it up. Although, I don’t even know what I was mad at him for in the first place. Perhaps it is difficult for him to even live up to his own versatility and brilliance and like a typical human being, I expect more and more for him. And he keeps delivering, unwavering.
So now all I’m waiting for is Kanye, 2 Chainz, Big Sean and Pusha T to show up at my doorstep in turbans and Jordans. Why not? I’m foreign!
